Managing items associated with Family or Parent

Family Updates

  1. On individual Family’s page, click in top right portion of screen to Edit items associated with entire family:
    • Assigned Teacher
    • Assigned Rep
    • Region (as applicable)
    • Emergency Contact information
    • Tags (as applicable)
  2. Click the green ‘Update Family’ button, you will be redirected to the individual Families page.

Parent Updates

  1. On individual Family’s page, click the ‘Parents’ tab.

  2. In same row as parent’s name to Edit items associated with that parent:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone(s)
    • Mailing & Physical Address
    • Login
  3. Click ‘Update Parent’

Click ‘Parent Dashboard’ from the family page, to visit a Family’s Dashboard.

Managing items associated with Student

Edit a Student

  1. On an individual Family’s page, click the ‘Students’ tab (not the navigation at the top, but the one in the family information)

  2. Click the Student’s name from the list of students.

  3. Click the Orange Edit Button at the top right of the Student Tab.

  4. These items are editable from the edit page:
    • Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Gender
    • Birth Certificate verification
    • Last School Attended
    • IEP verification
    • Race
    • Student ID number (if applicable)
    • Tags (as applicable)
    • Any additional specific information required by the school/district/state (as applicable)
  5. Click “Update Student”.

View Individual Learning Plan (ILP) associated with current or most recent Enrollment

  1. On an individual Family’s page, click the ‘Students’ tab (not the navigation at the top, but the one in the family information)

  2. Click the status (“Not Started”, “Building”, “Approved”, etc) name in the same row as the student’s name.
