Families Report

Click FAMILIES tab. Use search filters to select the group of families for your report.

Click Selected Families in right-hand side menu. Open or Save file to your computer. Generally, the following fields are included in the spreadsheet:
- Primary & Other parent’s names
- Last Contact date by the family’s Teacher
- Family ID number (as applicable)
- Contact information
- Region of residence (as applicable)
- Teacher’s name
- Rep’s name
- Number of students
- Username for family’s login in the BrightWays system
Students Report

Click FAMILIES tab. Use search filters to select the group of students for your report.

Click Selected Students in right-hand side menu. Open or Save file to your computer. Generally, the following fields are included in the spreadsheet:
- Student’s name
- Primary & Other parent’s names
- Student & Family ID numbers (as applicable)
- Contact information
- Grade level
- Birthdate
- Gender
- IEP (yes/no)
- Last school attended
- Records requested/received dates
- Birth certificate (yes/no)
- Teacher’s name
- Last Contact date by Teacher
- Rep’s name
- Other information may include: tags, student creation date, etc.
This is the same report that can be exported from the Students tab page, clicking in the top-right portion of the screen.
Enrollments Report

Click ENROLLMENTS tab. Use search filters to select the group of students for your report.

Click in top-right portion of the screen. Open or Save file to your computer. Generally, the following fields are included in the spreadsheet:
- Student’s name & ID number (as applicable)
- FTE
- Grade level
- Birthdate
- Gender
- IEP (yes/no)
- Primary parent’s contact information
- Region of residence (as applicable)
- Teacher’s name
- Rep’s name
- Number of students
- Enrollment status
- ILP status
- Enrollment start & end dates
- Program name (as applicable)
- Other information may include: tags, student creation date, etc.
